Swiss Quality and Tradition with an American Twist!

This is me in my studio.  My name is Sakshi, and I am a goldsmith/engraver by trade from Switzerland, now living in Asheville, NC.

I have taken the traditional Swiss dog collar and added artistic touches that make these collars special.

I first cut the vegetable-dyed leather, finish the edges so they are soft and smooth, then attach the brass buckle and closure. 

There is no stiching done on these collars, making them feel very different than what is available on the market today.

Next I cut out and engrave the different figures that go on each collar.

I don't glue these brass figures on, they are attached.

They will stay on forever.

Sheep, jumping dogs, cows, suns, moons, edelweiss, flowers... you can also ask me to create a custom leather dog collar that is just for your dog.
